Unless explicitly specified in a separate formal purchase agreement between you and Avideq, these terms and conditions, hereafter referred to as the “Agreement,” govern all your online transactions conducted on the website avideq.com, referred to as the “Site.” You are not authorized to alter, append, or amend these terms using any other document(s). Any attempt to modify, supplement, or amend this Agreement or place an order for product(s) under different or revised terms and conditions will be deemed invalid unless mutually agreed upon in a written agreement signed by both you and Avideq.

Acceptance

When you buy products and/or services from the Site, you are consenting to and acknowledging acceptance of this Agreement. Orders become binding only upon acceptance by Avideq. Avideq reserves the right to decline service to anyone, meaning it can cancel any sale transaction before dispatch (with a refund initiated upon order cancellation in the system). Acceptance of an order will be confirmed by Avideq through a reply email or by shipping the ordered items to you.

Pricing Information

1. Avideq aims to offer you the most competitive prices for the products and services you purchase or avail of from the website. The pricing details for the purchase of products and services from the website are carefully provided to ensure transparency and value.
2. You are obligated to furnish accurate and valid credit/debit card or NetBanking details through the approved payment gateway for accessing services on the website. It is imperative that you utilize only those credit/debit cards or NetBanking accounts that lawfully belong to you. The information you provide will be used exclusively for fraud verifications or as mandated by law, regulation, or court order, and will not be disclosed to any third party. Safeguarding the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card or NetBanking details is solely your responsibility. Sudeep Audio explicitly disclaims any liabilities arising from unauthorized use of your credit/debit card or NetBanking account.
3. Avideq bears no responsibility for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the denial of authorization for a transaction. This denial may occur if you, the cardholder, surpass the predetermined limit established by Sudeep Audio in agreement with the acquiring bank, as periodically defined.
4. Interest on EMI transactions using credit cards will be subject to service tax imposed by the issuing bank, as applicable.

Orders

You can make online payments for internet orders through various methods, including VISA, MasterCard, NEFT, Cheque, and Direct Cash Deposit. If online ordering is inconvenient, feel free to call us at +91-9740030032 or email contact@avideq.com to place your order. Please note that non-credit-card orders may be subject to a 10-business-day hold. Cash deposits can be made directly into our bank account.

Quantity

Certain products, such as Limited Quantity items & Free Gifts, may have limited availability based on current stock and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping charges & Taxes

Shipping and handling costs will be itemized separately (if any) on your order form. We retain the right to make partial shipments, and this does not exempt you from the responsibility to pay for the remaining deliveries.

All items acquired from Avideq are subject to a shipment contract, implying that the risk of loss and title for such items transfers to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The invoice will include a separate charge for taxes. We are obligated to collect relevant percentage of tax on all orders dispatched to any Indian state, and this tax is incorporated into the prices listed on our website.

Warranty Terms

All newly purchased products come with eligibility for warranty coverage. The duration and specific service terms of the warranty may vary based on categories and models.

Governing Law

1. These Terms of Use and all transactions entered into on or through the Website and the relationship between You and Avideq shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.
2. You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Sudeep Audio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
